This bathroom really got a complete makeover. We kept the 400 lb. cast iron tub. It involved taking out a wall in order to open up the space. The accent wall is a tongue & groove pine that was stained to match the floors in the house. The vanity was re-purposed from an antique chest of drawers. We cut the marble top in order to install the sink. Two of the drawers had to be modified in order to get the plumbing tied in. The finished bathroom is a major improvement to the home.

This is a back porch and pool deck that we built. It has a flush panel ceiling under the deck that creates a dry space underneath. This is a great way to add space.

The inside of this porch is finished using tongue and groove pine. We framed up the walls with pressure treated lumber than then covered it with the T&G boards. The trim was ripped from pine 1×8. The pine has a lot of character with the heavy grain and knots showing through.
