We added this sunroom between the main house and the pool. All of the windows gave this room an open feeling. The room addition is warm and comfortable.

This bathroom really got a complete makeover. We kept the 400 lb. cast iron tub. It involved taking out a wall in order to open up the space. The accent wall is a tongue & groove pine that was stained to match the floors in the house. The vanity was re-purposed from an antique chest of drawers. We cut the marble top in order to install the sink. Two of the drawers had to be modified in order to get the plumbing tied in. The finished bathroom is a major improvement to the home.
We are replacing the old windows in this house. The old windows have a single pane glazed sash that lets in the cold weather. The new windows have a double pane glass with a vinyl grid on the outside and a wood grid on the inside. They are a Low-E design that keeps the cold out and the heat in. The old windows have condensation on the inside early in the mornings. The new windows do not. There will be huge energy savings with the new windows.
I love the beginning of the seasons. The leaves are turning colors again and that marks the start of fall weather. It is a great time to get things done around the house. As the days get shorter, it doesn’t leave much time to get anything done in the evenings. That is where we can help. Check Total Home is here to help you with your home maintenance needs. “Top to bottom, inside & out”.
